Back on the subject of everyone’s favourite video game store, GameStop, and their insane Circle of Life program, Rich of Review Tech USA put up a video the other day where he shares a few stories from current and former GameStop employess (at least, self reputed employees but there is no reason not to trust them).
The second half of the video is Rich discussing the common problem of retail establishments going this route, caring more about certain metrics and analytics than actually simply selling the items customers want. That’s not withstanding the insane definitions of “profit” that some companies have.
