A few days ago on September 12th, The Soyuz MS-06 Spacecraft launched, carrying another crew of 3 to the International Space Station. This, of course, coming a little over a week since the landing of Soyuz MS-04, as is normal in crew replenishment on the space station.
6 hours later, the crew docked with the Space Station after what, best I can tell, has been a perfectly normal flight. Standard operations onboard the Space Station, but still, to think that crews flying to and from an orbital research lab is rather routien is impressive, to say the least – it was the stuff of dreams when I was a kid.
Enjoy this set of videos from NASA: the launch of the Soyuz MS-06, the docking with the International Space Station, and the crew entering the station. Always awesome to see!
