Continuing a tradition started last year, I’ve decided to devote an entry today to the plans of my good buddy Prince Watercress. He’s certainly an awesome friend, and one of the most prolific content creators I’ve ever known. I’m completely serious.
To give you a very simple summary, this guy has: a retrogaming blog, a wrestling blog, his own lets play channel on YouTube, and in just those 3 key things has multiple daily posts between them alongside other lesser but still well used media outlets. Scheduled down to an art, it’s impressive how much he manages to produce and time he seems to be able devote to what he does!
This year, I’ll let him speak for himself on what his plans are for 2019.
Oh, hey, something I’m doing is on the main site? About time.
2017 had a lot of written content, while 2018 had a lot more video content going on. While I was doing more in 2018, I didn’t have that overall balance of current wrestling stuff, retro wrestling stuff and gaming stuff. I’m making sure that changes in 2019.
I may have gotten more of the current product recapped than older content this year, but there were a lot of bonus entries in the form of recaps for WWF Shotgun Saturday Night, WCW Thunder, and WWF Sunday Night Heat. I plan on getting a better balance for this in 2019, especially when 2018 had more current wrestling stuff than ever before, even beating out 2016 in that category.
Let’s Plays are now back on track and are being uploaded on a daily basis again. I plan to keep that going in the new year and content is being produced on a regular basis.
Try It Out Tuesday has not only expanded the amount of content I’ve done with a written Let’s Play-style format noting the things I observe about a game on Tuesday and Friday, but has also given me time to give games an honest try ahead of time before playing them for Let’s Plays in the near-future. This will continue into the New Year, and hopefully provide a steady stream of future YouTube playthroughs.
The retrogaming blog is getting more content these days, and while I may be putting people over right now, more blogs based on my videos will be up later in the year. With any luck, I’ll be a lot closer to having a blog entry for every Let’s Play video I’ve ever made.
And that’s your forecast for 2019.
See what I mean? He has a ton of stuff going on and if you’re into odd old games, wrestling, or both, he’s certainly someone to check out.
Oh, and echidnas. If you like echidnas, you’re in the right place. ;
