We’re at the end of the month, which means another update article on this chaotic little site I like to call my digital home. We’re at the middle of the year now – 2019 is halfway done and so far, eh, it’s been an okay year. I’ve been busy, a bit more busy than I have wanted to be at times, which has impacted the site, but right now things are going strong.
So, what’s on the agenda? Aside from the same ideas from the previous months which I’ve still yet to get to, nothing new. There’s still be more back end work being done, planning and the like, before I commit to any major changes and projects, but we’re on the verge of everything coming together.
I’ve still got some “major” articles to write, both things I’ve planned for a while that may, granted, be insignificant to many but still things I want to write about, but also some major events that you know I won’t avoid writing about (like the Apollo 11 50th anniversary) which I have to make sure to give the proper time to in my writing schedule.
I think the past month has been pretty good for me, and content production, and I’d like to at least keep up a moderate schedule, with some “serious” content mixed in with the fun stuff. It’s a healthy mix that allows me to express myself while also informing or entertaining people. That’s the purpose of this site — self expression for the sake of it, as a method of venting frustration, making observations, providing commentary, or just to entertain.
Woah, that got a bit deeper than I wanted it to. All I’m getting at is things are going pretty smooth here and I hope July 2019 will be an awesome month for this site — both for you, the reader, and for me as the writer. The backlog, the new projects, the stuff left in limbo, I’m hoping to make some headway this month! That is, if the damn heat will let up!
